'Barre Fitness | Lower Body'

'Welcome to The Studio\'s Barre Fitness Series!   In this series, we have collaborated with Grace Blundell a former Royal ballet dancer to create a new barre fitness workout. Aiming to strengthen and tone your body using elements from a ballet class.  In this week\'s Barre workout video Grace will take you through a lower-body burner. Working through barre exercises to strengthen and tone your legs. Equipment is not necessary and can be altered. All you will need is a chair (or a window ledge, banister), Small weights (these can be swapped for cans out of the cupboard), and your yoga mat.'
